The Information Systems professional manages computer networks information flow, both inside and outside an organization.

UNIFEI’s program offers comprehensive education, preparing its professionals for problem solving in corporate information processing in nearly every sector.


UNIFEI’s Information Systems program aims to prepare professionals to act in research, management, development, use, and evaluation of information technology applied to organizations.

The program prepares professionals who, by using concepts and techniques of Computer Science and Systems Theory, may solve information processing problems in organizations, by designing corporate automation models.

The Information Systems student develops skills and abilities in order to interact with the different organization areas, by designing, developing, managing and improving automated information processing systems; developing, executing, supervising and evaluating plans, projects and programs of automated information processing; interacting with professionals who support IT development and professionals who use Information Systems in their organizational tasks; identifying sources of scientific and technological development; and developing an ethical posture when processing information.
